About our speakers
Jeff Haynes is currently a partner at Boyle Nashville. Haynes has been in the commercial real estate business for over thirty years, sixteen of which were with the Trammell Crow Company. Haynes and Phil Fawcett opened the Boyle Nashville office in November 2001, with no business on the books and no other employees. Haynes has been responsible for the development of over 1.2 million square feet of office and retail facilities, including headquarters for several Nashville based companies to include HCA and Lifeway’s new headquarters at Capitol View, and over 2 million square feet of property in the planning and development stages. Haynes is also known for his extensive attention to detail and excellence in real estate development, and in collaboration with the Boyle Nashville team, has received high accolades and numerous awards for Meridian Cool Springs, Boyle’s mixed-use development in Franklin, TN. Haynes was also selected by Vanderbilt University to serve as an adjunct professor at the prestigious Owen School of Business for a Real Estate Development and Investment course from 2006-2011.
Phil Fawcett is currently the Managing Partner of Boyle Nashville. Fawcett is a seasoned real estate veteran who was formerly with the Trammell Crow Company, where he served as the principal manager for the retail division, and was responsible for management, leasing, and brokerage operations for the state of Tennessee. He was also responsible for the development and redevelopment of shopping centers throughout the state. Fawcett and Jeff Haynes opened the Boyle Nashville office in 2001, and Fawcett has since been responsible for the development of new projects, as well as the oversight of the Boyle Nashville retail properties, which totals over 1M SF. Fawcett also directs the planning, zoning, and entitlements for new projects in Middle Tennessee. His vast knowledge and experience in all facets of the shopping center industry have allowed him to create unique solutions for retail clients and customers throughout the Unites States. Fawcett has developed valued relationships with retailers and real estate professionals, which enhance his expertise in the development of turn key solutions for complex projects.
