Bill Howard
Area Director
After graduating from Idaho State University with a BA in Psychology, Bill joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in 1983. He spent one year working with college students at Washington State University and then served the next ten years with FamilyLife Ministry in Little Rock, Arkansas. While serving with FamilyLife, Bill earned a Masters in Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. In 1994, he joined Search Ministries and moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he started Search Ministries Nashville. Bill and his wife Terri enjoy doing ministry together leading couples studies and speaking for FamilyLife at the "Weekend to Remember" conferences around the country. They have four boys and live in Franklin, Tennessee.
Andy Sperry
Associate Staff
Andy graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio in 1992. While working in a variety of different business environments from environmental consulting to software development to home electronics, Andy’s desire to be more deeply involved in ministry caused him to join Search Nashville in 2004 as an Associate Staff member dedicating 8 – 10 hours a week towards teaching a variety of classes and working one-on-one with other men. Andy and his wife Marianne have 2 children and live in Franklin, Tennessee.
